Piano Pro is a completely offline piano application. We do not collect, store, share, or transmit any personal data. No account is required. No internet connection is used during normal app operation.

1. Introduction
Welcome to Piano Pro (“the App”), a professional piano application developed by Md Wasim. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App, available on the Google Play Store.
By downloading or using Piano Pro, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Data We Do NOT Collect
Piano Pro is designed to function entirely offline. We do not collect:
- Personal identification information (name, email address, phone number)
- Device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID, or similar)
- Location data (GPS, IP-based, or otherwise)
- Usage analytics or behavioral data
- Audio recordings or microphone input
- Contacts, photos, or files stored on your device
- Financial or payment information
- Crash logs or diagnostic data sent to our servers
2.2 Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The App may store the following data locally on your device only, which never leaves your device and is not accessible by us:
- App preferences (e.g., volume level, octave settings, sustain preference)
- Any in-app configuration you customise
This data is stored in your device’s local app storage, managed by the Android operating system. It is deleted when you uninstall the App.
3. Permissions Requested
Piano Pro requests only the minimum permissions necessary to function:

4. Third-Party Services
4.1 Google Play Store
Piano Pro is distributed through the Google Play Store. When you download or purchase the App, Google may collect certain information as described in Google’s own Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy. This data collection is governed solely by Google and is outside our control.
4.2 No Analytics, Advertising, or Tracking SDKs
Piano Pro does not integrate any of the following:
- Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel)
- Advertising networks (e.g., AdMob, Facebook Audience Network)
- Crash reporting services (e.g., Crashlytics, Sentry)
- Social media SDKs or login providers
5. Internet Access
Piano Pro is a fully offline application. It does not require an internet connection to operate, and it does not make any network requests during normal use. No data is transmitted to any server, including ours.
6. Children’s Privacy
Piano Pro is suitable for users of all ages, including children under the age of 13. Because we collect no personal data whatsoever, the App complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play’s Families Policy.
Parents and guardians can allow children to use this App with confidence that no data collection of any kind takes place.
7. Data Security
Since Piano Pro does not collect or transmit any personal data, there is no personal data at risk of breach. App preferences stored locally on your device are protected by Android’s standard application sandboxing mechanism.
8. Your Rights
Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf. However, you may exercise the following at any time:
- Delete all local App data: Uninstall the App from your device, or clear App data via Android Settings → Apps → Piano Pro → Storage → Clear Data.
- Contact us: If you have any questions or concerns about privacy, you may contact us at the address provided in Section 11.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will:
- Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document
- Post the revised policy at the URL provided in our Play Store listing
- Notify users via an in-app notice if changes are material
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
